This keto chocolate chip mug cake is for when that sweetness craving hits, BECAUSE WHEN IT HITS, IT HITS RIGHT? That’s why I love how easy it is and how quick it is. You got 5 minutes? Same. This lives on a scribbled piece of paper on my fridge and I already have it memorized. Do yourself a favor and do the same. You can eat the whole cake, but I. usually split half with my boyfriend which keeps this guilt free!

What if I want other flavors?

Okay, so how do you make the keto chocolate chip mug cake?

I usually split with my boyfriend half and half!

INGREDIENTS:
6 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp ChocZero’s Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all mug ingredients together in a mug. Cook in microwave for 90 seconds. Remove from microwave and let cool for 2 min while you make the glaze. Take knife and run around the cup to pop it out onto a plate.
  2. For the glaze in a small bowl whisk together the chocolate and butter. If your butter isn’t hot enough pop it into the microwave for another 10-20 seconds. Do not put the chocolate in, just the butter and then whisk in the chocolate chips to melt.
  3. Pour the chocolate glaze on top of the cake and enjoy! Serve with ice cream or some berries!
