1 head cabbage
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt to taste
1 tbsp caraway seeds
2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Clean your vegetables. Slice the cabbage into small strips.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pot and add the sugar, cabbage, caraway seeds, and water. Working in batches, add the cabbage to the pot, sauteing each addition until it is wilted down. Cover and stew the cabbage until soft and brown, roughly 15 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.
  3. When soft and browned, add the vinegar and salt to taste. Serve!
